These terms cover the TRNCH waitlist page only. They are not the terms for the TRNCH product, which is not released and will have its own. Joining the waitlist does not buy anything, does not create an account, and does not entitle you to access.

1. What this page is

A page that describes a product that has not launched, and collects email addresses from people who want to be told when it does. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, close the tab — there is nothing else to withdraw from.

Give us an address that is yours, or one you are allowed to use. Do not submit other people’s addresses.

2. The launch discount

20% off the first month of a TRNCH subscription, for people on the waitlist before TRNCH launches. In full:

• It applies to the first month only, not to the life of the subscription.
• It is claimed by following the link in the launch email; we will say how in that email.
• It is one per person and cannot be combined with another offer.
• Prices are not set. No price is stated anywhere on this page, and 20% off an unset price is not a promise of any particular amount.
• If TRNCH does not launch, there is nothing to discount and you have paid nothing.

3. Refer three, get a month free

Everyone on the waitlist gets a personal link. If three people join the waitlist through your link, your first month is free instead of 20% off. In full:

• Three is the number. It is counted from people who join using your link, not from clicks or shares.
• Each person counts once, and only the first link they arrive through counts.
• You cannot refer yourself. Addresses that already exist on the list do not count again.
• The reward is the first month free on whatever plan you choose, once. It is not cash, not transferable, and does not stack with the 20% off — it replaces it.
• Your entitlement is recorded the moment you reach three and is not removed if someone later unsubscribes.
• If TRNCH does not launch, there is nothing to give free and you have paid nothing.
• We may disqualify obvious abuse — bought lists, disposable-address farms, the same person signing up repeatedly. We will tell you if we do.

Prices are not set, so “a month free” is not a promise of any particular amount of money.

4. The walkthrough on this page

The animated window on the landing page is a recording using placeholder data. The products in it are everyday household items and every figure beside them — revenue, units, ratings, view counts, scores — is invented for the demonstration. They are not listings, not measurements, and not a forecast of what anyone will earn.

Nothing on this page is a promise of results. Selling online carries risk and most people who try it do not make money.

5. Our content

The TRNCH name, the wordmark, the page design, its text and its images belong to us. Do not copy them, or pass them off as yours. Every image and font on this site is either ours or licensed for this use; the register is published with the site.

6. Liability

This page is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of not set, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
